Sistava
AI employees from Amsterdam that take over recurring tasks in sales, support and admin via chat, email, Slack and meetings.
What it does
Sistava gives you “AI employees”: agents with a set role, for example in sales, support, marketing or finance, or with a workflow you describe yourself. They work in web chat, by email with their own mailbox, in Slack and Telegram, and join Google Meet, Zoom or Teams calls to write notes. According to the vendor, more than 1,000 apps can be connected, plus your own MCP servers and webhooks. A free desktop app gives access to local files and the browser. You confirm sensitive actions such as sending emails beforehand.
Who it suits
Founders, freelancers and small teams who want to hand off recurring work such as lead research, inbox upkeep or social media posts without building workflows themselves.
Data protection for businesses
The platform runs on Hetzner in Germany. The language models, however, come from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI and OpenRouter, speech is handled by Deepgram, and Sistava uses PostHog for product analytics, including session recording where enabled. Data therefore also goes to the US, covered by standard contractual clauses; the list of sub-processors on the website is not filled in yet. The data processing agreement applies automatically to EU customers as part of the terms of service. On training, the statements contradict each other: the trust center says your data is never used for training, but the privacy policy offers an opt-out from training Sistava’s own models by emailing support. Whether training happens by default remains unclear. Chats are kept for about 180 days, mailboxes for about 365 days and training documents for about 30 days. The Founder, Leader and Custom plans are aimed at teams. The vendor is working toward SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certification; neither is in place yet.
Limits
The product has only been on the market since April 2026. How many credits a task will use is hard to estimate in advance. WhatsApp, phone calls and a website chat widget are only planned.
